We have created a partnership in order to enable the merger of individual Partners into a single, comprehensive Law Firm. Thanks to this, we provide legal services in many areas. Our law firm, located in Warsaw Śródmieście, provides legal assistance with particular emphasis on pharmaceutical law, dietary supplements and cosmetics, as well as the law on trading in chemical preparations, in particular plant protection products (Life Science Department), personal data protection (Personal Data Department), media law with special emphasis on intellectual property rights (Media Law Department).

At this point, it is necessary to point out that as one of the few law firms in Poland we specialise in issues related to plant protection products. In addition, our lawyers are the authors of scientific publications on the Plant Protection Products Act, including the only commentary on the Plant Protection Products Act. At present, we are cooperating with the Polish Plant Protection Association in drafting amendments to the Act.

At the same time, we are aware that it is not possible to provide comprehensive advice without the use of knowledge from other areas of law. Apart from the aforementioned departments, our lawyers have knowledge in the fields related to labour law, civil law or procedural law. Moreover, by taking advantage of the opportunity to operate in many areas of law, they focus on providing services to family businesses with which they are particularly associated (Family Business Department). The scope of comprehensive services, the activity of each partner in family law firms, allow us to present a tailor-made offer for family firms, which constitute the core of our Clients. For many years we have been servicing companies in Warsaw and its surroundings, which allows us to propose solutions that will both help in the course of current business activity and will guarantee the sustainability of family businesses. In this respect, we prepare agreements and create companies that allow the company to stay in the family.

The Law Firm also provides legal assistance by undertaking to represent our Clients before arbitration courts, all common courts, including the Provincial Administrative Courts, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Court.

Our lawyers, thanks to many years of experience and constant broadening of their knowledge, provide legal assistance at the highest level. They specialize in providing legal services to Polish and foreign business entities, dealing with procedural issues as well as drafting, negotiating and issuing opinions on trade agreements.
